I have not finished the book yet but from what i have read from it i would recommend it to boys. This is not a girly book and i think a guy would be more interested in it more than a girl would.

Or will they forget about what they had years ago? So far the mystery continues if they will be together again.

    Sheriff Miles Ryan finally finds out who hit his wife with a car and puts him in jail but they don't have enough proof if he really did it. Meanwhile at home his son Jonah wants to know what is going on and he thinks that his dad is trying to get on the hit and run case of Jonah's mother because his dad was going through the files from the evidence that they had the night of the accident. Miles and his girlfriend Sarah start to fade apart when she finds out about him going on the case again. She tells him she doesn't mind him getting back on the case but i know that in her head she does not want him getting back on the case because she knows that he will be working on the case too much to be around her. So far this has basically described a lot about the characters. Most of them are dynamic and change throughout the story. Some of the characters don't change at all.

Teenager Ronnie lives with her mom and her little brother Jonah. They are visiting their dad for the summer. Ronnie has no respect for her father because he left her mom. What she doesn't know is the reason why her and Jonah are visiting for the summer. Ronnie falls in love then falls out of love. She was a piano player but quit since her father left. She gets accepted into Julliard but doesn't accept it. In the end her father dies battling cancer. For him she plays the piano at his funeral then ends up accepting the scholarship into Julliard.

The Fault in our Stars, by John Green, is about a girl name Hazel Grace that has cancer. She goes to a support group but she doesn't want to. She meets a guy name Augustus Waters who has a false leg. They fall in love and they end up going to Amster Dam together to meet Hazel's favorite author. What Hazel doesn't know is that Augustus has cancer. Days and weeks go by and Augustus gets worse. His last day comes and Hazel is very depressed. She doesn't come out of her room or talk to anyone. Hazel ends up dying but not until the end of the book. This book is my favorite and i recommend it to anyone who loves romance novels. It will have you in tears. It's and easy read and you will love it.

A Bend in the Road by Nicholas Sparks, is about a man name Miles Ryan who looses his wife in a terrible hit-and-run accident. He has a son name Jonah. Then Miles meets a wonderful lady name Sarah Andrews who is Jonah's teacher. Sarah helps Jonah every day after school with his homework. Sarah is trying to recover from a nasty divorce. They end up falling in love, but they are both hiding a secret from each other that could possibly separate them for good.
